No Time Limit Prop Firms: Build the Rule Calendar
An unlimited assessment period answers how long you may take. A minimum-activity rule answers what must happen within that period. The daily loss clock answers a third question. Put these conditions on one calendar without merging them into a single deadline.

Name each kind of time condition
Record any maximum duration, the activity definition, stage boundaries and the provider’s daily update window. Keep the source and applicable product beside each entry. HashHedge describes unlimited evaluation duration while also publishing minimum-day requirements; unlimited does not remove the other conditions.
An instrument expiry or platform maintenance notice belongs in another calendar layer. It can affect preparation or instrument access without rewriting the evaluation’s entire duration. Use the actual notice rather than assuming an exchange holiday pauses all account rules.
Read a fictional week in the right order
In an example log, positions were opened on Monday and Wednesday, while a position was only closed on Friday. Under a rule counting dates of opening, those supplied events provide two opening dates. Friday’s close does not create a third opening date. The record remains incomplete if other relevant openings are missing.
This is an illustration of a definition, not a validated platform count. Stage membership and the actual rule timezone still matter. Do not create unnecessary trading activity just to fill a calendar cell; a timeline is a planning record, not an instruction to trade.
| Condition | Example evidence | Keep separate |
|---|---|---|
| Maximum duration | Published unlimited period | Minimum activity |
| Opening activity | Monday and Wednesday | Friday closing event |
| Daily update | Published market-specific window | Actual platform application |
| Instrument deadline | Dated contract notice | Programme duration |
Display a provider clock for a Singapore reader
The guide publishes the Crypto + TradFi daily update window as 00:00–00:13 at UTC+4. On a Singapore display at UTC+8, the same stated window is 04:00–04:13. Record the full date and market when performing that conversion. The guide gives a different window for US Stocks.
The window describes a daily update, not an independently confirmed personal activity count. Preserve the dashboard’s actual refresh and account status. A locally displayed reminder cannot establish that the provider has applied a reset.
Decide with a complete calendar
Before choosing a programme, compare its conditions with your available schedule and the market you intend to use. Confirm personal eligibility and the rule version for the purchase. This article does not infer permission from being able to open a website in Singapore.
The calendar can be used without registering. HashHedge is an optional programme to investigate after the distinct time conditions are recorded.
